Technology company won major account
This technology company won a major new account that could double the size of their business over the next 12 months. However, they were under-resourced to be able to deal with the volume of immediate vacancies and contract requirements.
A team of Zeus Talent recruiters were allocated to the client’s account, briefed via video conference and immediately began searching LinkedIn, Github, Stack Overflow and multiple job boards. They also gained remote access into the customer’s CRM. Short, daily job meeting was held via video conference to ensure the highest quality of delivery and to minimise the risk of misunderstandings.
20 relevant CVs per day were sourced for the technology company. Some of these profiles were not on LinkedIn and some of the candidates sourced where held on the client’s own CRM, but hadn’t been uncovered by the client’s own recruiters.
