Our client analysed their recruitment spend and time to hire. Alarmed at the high spend and lost opportunity cost in the hiring process, they wished to secure a dedicated RPO specialist to deal with their recruitment challenges.
They needed to hire numerous IT professionals over the next 6 months including: Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Security Consultants, Azure Architects, Dev Ops Managers, Cloud Solution Engineers, Test Analysts and Test Managers, Full Stack Developers, Automation Process Consultants, Microsoft Developers, Change Managers, Pre Sales Solutions Architects, Cyber Security Analysts, Data Analytics Consultants, Application Developers
We created a dedicated team of 20 consultants, each of which focused upon their specific niche. Niche candidate markets were mapped out across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and other platforms and each of our consultants systematically sourced contact details, sent InMails, and engaged interested candidates. Daily CV targets were set and reported to our client so that they could see the progress we were making in a very transparent way.
Not only did we source significantly higher numbers of suitable candidates than previous suppliers, but we also provided feedback whenever candidates in target companies showed resistance. This enabled our client to adapt their proposition and for us to go back to those candidates and headhunt them again with success.
Our client was provided with weekly reports to analyse the new process and its results in comparison to their previous suppliers.
The client was able to reduce the typical time to hire by 6 days and all hiring targets were met. We also helped our client to improve their employer brand by offering high quality complimentary training for line managers as to the part they need to play in employer branding/selling the opportunity to top candidates. Plus we helped the client to improve their recruitment processes.
Ultimately, the client was also able to deliver its own projects with key talent in place faster.
